The vision for your space starts with our adaptable Discovery process. How can your environment tell your story? After a review of your project, Discovery can include curated artist portfolios, inspirational design concepts, and brand activation strategies.

Building upon the Discovery results, the Imagine phase develops the winning artistic and design concepts. Themes emerge, targeted to location and purpose, cultivated by your team’s feedback. We integrate original concepts into your targeted design package.

The art and design plan resulting from the Imagine cycle comes to life. Final details are approved, production files are developed, and budget perfected as your vision takes shape.

Our Activate phase removes the friction from project completion. We coordinate the implementation of the entire art and environmental design scope, from contract and deposit through site installation. Our team “speaks the language” to manage contributing artists, and coordinates samples of custom fabrications for your approval. Our on-site technical managers monitor the construction site and schedule to avoid new costs and address emergent needs with timely solutions.
